Northern Style

Southern Style

Frying in oil and hot pots is the favored cooking method when it comes to this type of cuisine. Though flour wheat is the main ingredient for the dishes in the Northern China, people in Southern China and their dishes usually consists of rice as the main ingredient. Southern-style dishes are well-known for the use of a huge variety of ingredients and their spiciness.
